We influence manufacturing conditions and ensure good value for money through close supplier collaboration and strict product quality processes.

We have full visibility into the stages of our supply chain and require third-party audits from our factories to ensure that international labor standards and human rights guidelines are followed in our production. We work closely with our partners to promote safe and fair working conditions.
Reducing our carbon footprint is one of our key sustainability goals. We have calculated our emissions at Scope 1 and Scope 2 levels and are actively working to reduce them, for example by transitioning to renewable energy. In the future, we will expand our sustainability efforts to include Scope 3 emissions accounting, covering the environmental impacts of our supply chain and the entire lifecycle of our products.
We support our customers’ responsible business practices. The foundation of our responsible service is helping our customers achieve their own sustainable business goals. When using our products, consumers can trust that they are responsibly manufactured, safe, and of high quality.
Aspects of Sustainability
We ensure that our suppliers undergo BSCI or equivalent audits. We apply the QC-10 process to all our products and only offer items that meet established safety and quality standards.
We prioritize sustainable development by using renewable and recycled materials and aim to reduce plastic in our packaging.
We communicate openly and transparently with our stakeholders. We disclose and report the entire supply chain to our partners and provide comprehensive and accurate product information.
We anticipate upcoming legislative changes and prepare for them well in advance. We continuously develop our cooperation with authorities. In addition to complying with national laws and regulations, we also adhere to international agreements.
